Who this notice is for
This notice explains the current MML website and its enquiry-draft functions. It distinguishes browsing, preparing a draft, opening an email and sending information to MML. Project-specific handling of customer files is also discussed separately for the relevant work.
Information you choose to provide
The enquiry asks for a name, work email and project description. Company and service-specific details are optional. The saved draft can include information entered in more than one service category, even when a category is hidden. Only the selected category is included in the reviewed enquiry. Please include only information useful for the initial discussion.
What happens to an enquiry draft
The current website does not send the form to an MML receiving service. Input is saved temporarily in this browser tab to support language changes and review. Downloading creates a file on your device; copying places the text on your clipboard. These actions remove the saved browser copy, but do not erase the visible fields, reviewed text or copies you have made. Browser storage and clearing controls are explained separately.
Email is a separate step
Opening an email draft passes the prepared message to your chosen email application. The application or its provider may process or sync that draft under its own settings, even before you send it. You must send the message yourself for the enquiry to reach MML. Information you send may be used to answer the enquiry, assess the requested work and manage the related communication.
Technical connections and resource loading
Loading web pages involves technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details and requested resources. Network, hosting and external-resource providers may process this information to deliver their services. This version supplies its fonts with the website and does not load them from Google’s font services. Loading font resources is separate from the enquiry form; the site does not include enquiry text in those resource requests. This version includes no advertising or analytics script.
Customer projects and third-party tools
Project files, terminology references, IP documents or fee records may require handling beyond an initial enquiry. If third-party AI, machine translation or cloud collaboration tools are proposed for customer material, prior customer consent and a separate discussion are required. Tool use, file sharing, access, retention and deletion arrangements should be clarified for the project rather than inferred from browsing the website.
Questions, corrections and other requests
You can use the privacy contact below to ask about information you have supplied, request a correction or deletion, or discuss withdrawing permission for a proposed use. Identify the relevant communication or project without resending sensitive material unnecessarily. Any identity checks, applicable requirements and effect on ongoing work will need to be considered in the relevant context.
